I’m subletting my room from December 1 to December 31, with a possibility of extending the stay and potentially taking over as the main tenant.
Important: This is a WOKO building, so please make sure you meet the eligibility requirements for applying for a WOKO accommodation before reaching out.
About the WG
The apartment is shared by six people in total, including you. It’s an international WG, so being comfortable communicating in English is important.
The current residents are:
* Three Swiss students studying at UZH
* One Russian student at ETH
* One Italian who grew up in Peru and studies at ZHAW
We have a weekly cleaning schedule that everyone is expected to follow. We’re looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and easy-going, and who is happy to do their part in keeping shared spaces clean.
About the Room
The room comes with:
* One large desk, suitable for studying or working
* One large bookshelf with plenty of storage space
* One wardrobe
* One bed
* One extra bench for shoe storage
* Two additional storage carts for miscellaneous items
I’ll leave the bench and the two storage carts in the room initially. If I eventually decide to move out permanently, you’re welcome to keep all three items for free.
A Little About You
I know finding accommodation can be a tedious process for everyone, so I’ll keep this short. If you’re interested, please introduce yourself by answering these three questions:
1. WOKO eligibility: Are you eligible to apply for WOKO accommodation? Yes or No.
2. About yourself: Briefly tell us who you are, what you study or do, and anything else you think we should know.
3. Ideal WG dynamics: What kind of shared-living environment do you enjoy, and what does a good WG look like to you?
No need to sell us the room back to us or compliment the current roommates. We’d simply like to get to know the person who might be living here!
Looking forward to hearing from you.
