The Room & Flat The room is 19 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, height-adjustable desk, and all the furniture shown in the pictures. It looks out onto our garden with direct access to it. ​The flat was recently renovated and is fully equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. We have a garden and terrace where we like to sit and have barbecues. A shared washing machine is in the basement. ​Location Located on Seestrasse (8038 Zürich), the Billoweg tram stop is right outside the door. Trams run every 7 minutes and get you to the city centre in under 15 minutes. ​About Us We are three people in our early-to-mid twenties: Pauli from Austria (works in IT at an insurance company), Athina from Greece (studies biochemistry), and Maria, also from Greece (a Master's student). We speak English at home and none of us smoke. We enjoy eating together from time to time depending on our schedules, and we sometimes hang out together outside the flat too. ​Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone easygoing who wants a real home rather than just a place to sleep. Whether you're up for a shared dinner during the week, a summer barbecue in the garden, or just catching up in the kitchen after a long day, you'll fit right in. Friends and guests are always welcome!
