Renovierte Wohnung in grüner und ruhiger Umgebung (Wiedikon)

ch suche eine neue Mieterin oder einen neuen Mieter für meine schöne 2.5-Zimmerwohnung im 1. Stock in Wiedikon. Ich habe mich hier sehr wohlgefühlt – besonders dank der schön renovierten, modernen Küche, die stilvoll und gleichzeitig sehr praktisch ist. Eines meiner Highlights ist der südlich ausgerichtete Balkon, auf dem man wunderbar die Sonne geniessen kann. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Loggia, die direkt von der Küche aus zugänglich ist, sowie eine schöne grüne Umgebung, die für eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Auch an Stauraum mangelt es nicht: Zur Wohnung gehören ein trockener Kellerraum sowie zusätzlicher Stauraum im Estrich. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Untergeschoss. Es gibt keinen festen Waschplan, sodass das Waschen jederzeit unkompliziert und flexibel möglich ist. Die Wohnung eignet sich wunderbar sowohl für Einzelpersonen als auch für Paare. Ich habe hier sehr gerne gewohnt und hoffe, dass sich auch die nächsten Bewohner genauso wohlfühlen werden. \--------------------------------- I am looking for a new tenant for my lovely 2.5-room apartment on the 1st floor in Wiedikon. I have really enjoyed living here, especially the beautifully renovated modern kitchen, which is both stylish and practical. One of my favourite features is the south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. There is also a loggia directly accessible from the kitchen, as well as lovely green surroundings that make the apartment feel peaceful and relaxing. The apartment also offers plenty of practical storage space, with a dry cellar and additional storage in the attic. The washing machine and dryer are located in the basement, with no fixed washing schedule, so doing laundry is easy and flexible. The apartment is a lovely home for singles or couples alike, and I hope the next tenant will enjoy it as much as I have.
