I have been living in the flat with my brother for 5 years and he is moving into another apartment with his girlfriend in the same building. The free room is 20 m² and principally unfurnished (a bed or other pieces can be discussed **The flat:** Very spacious, living room with TV, dining table and a full kitchen (oven, dishwasher). A winter garden. Bathroom with tub and a separate toilet. Washing machine and dryer in the flat, usable any time. Also suitable for an occasional social gathering or home party. The room allocation can be discussed (both in the pictures) **The location:** Right next to Oerlikon station, extremely well connected: with S-Bahn to Zurich HB every 5 minutes, trams 10, 11 and 14 (as of 14. december), the airport is a short train ride away, and long-distance trains to Bern, Basel, Zug, Lucerne and St. Gallen. Coop, Migros, Aldi, Lidl and many other stores are 2 to 3 minutes on foot. The surroundings are quiet. **About me:** 30 years Swiss guy, I work as Tech-consultant in Oerlikon and have an active lifestyle, do sports (ASVZ) several times a week, and im involved in local politics.
