Die Wohnung hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer, das in ein Essbereich übergeht, mit offener Küche, inklusive Balkon. Separates Schalfzimmer mit Doppelbett und Badezimmer mit Fenster. Waschturm ist in einem separaten Raum in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist möbliert, komplett eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Weber Grill auf dem Balkon. Es gibt einen Bereich im Hinterhof für Velos und die Möglichkeit den Keller mitzunutzen (ich lasse ein paar meiner Sachen dort). Besichtigungstermine können gerne via Kontaktformular vereinbart werden. \------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **ENGLISH VERSION** From now until the end of June, I am renting out my apartment in the centre of Zurich, just a 10-minute walk from the main train station (HB). The apartment features a spacious living room flowing into a dining area, with an open-plan kitchen and a balcony. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a window. The washer and dryer are located in a separate utility room within the apartment. The apartment is furnished, fully equipped and ready to move into. There is also a Weber barbecue on the balcony. There is a designated bicycle parking area in the courtyard, and you can also make use of the basement storage room (I will be leaving some of my belongings there).
