Das Zimmer ist schöne 20 m2 gross, hell und hat Zugang zum Balkon. Das Bad teilst Du auf dem Stockwerk (zu zweit). Wir wohnen in einem grossen alten Haus mit gut ausgerüsteter Küche und einem grossen gemütlichen Wohn-/Esszimmer. Ansonsten gibt es noch eine Garage, Parkplatz und einen grossen Keller, der zur Werkstatt umfunktioniert ist. Plus: es hat einen sehr grossen Garten, wo wir die letzten Jahre auch Gemüse angepflanzt haben. Das Haus ist direkt an der Bushaltestelle, ca 10 min zum Bhf Winti/Oberi (gleich lang mit dem Velo). Wichtig ist noch zu erwähnen, dass das Haus leider abgerissen werden soll. Deshalb ist das Mietverhältnis vorerst bis zum 31. Januar 2028 befristet. Es besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit, dass die Verwaltung den Mietvertrag noch verlängert (haben sie schon zwei Mal gemacht). The room is around 20 m2, well-lit and has access to the balcony. You're sharing the bathroom on your floor (with one other person). We live in a large, old house with a well-equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room. In addition, we have a garage, parking space and a large basement which we've converted into a workshop. Plus there's a huge garden where we've been growing vegetables for the past couople of years. The house is located directly at a bus stop, ca 10min from the train station (same time by bike). It's important to mention that the house is supposed to be torn down, and the contract ends at the end of January, 2028. However, there's a chance it will be extended (as has already happened twice). Wir sind eine 4er-WG, die aktuell aus Sacha (28) und Silvan (30) besteht. Da uns leider zwei Mitbewohnerinnen verlassen, sind wir auf der Suche nach neuen WG-Gspänli, die frischen Wind in unsere WG bringen. Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die Lust hat, aktiv am WG-Leben teilzunehmen. Ob man sich in der Küche verquatscht, zusammen einen Film schaut, spontan eine Runde Squash spielen geht, oder gemeinsam eine Party organisiert. We are a shared house of four, currently consisting of Sacha (28) and Silvan (30). Unfortunately, two of our flatmates are moving out, so we are looking for two new people who will bring good new vibes into our home. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being an active part of shared flat life. Whether it’s having a good chat in the kitchen, watching a movie together or spontaneously heading out for a game of squash.
