Looking for a new tenant for a shared apartment in Bern – from February 1, 2027

Hi everyone! I'm a student from Ticino and I'm looking for someone to take over my room in a shared apartment in Bern starting **February 1, 2027**. The apartment is shared with two other people and is conveniently located, about **10 minutes by tram from Bern train station**. There is also the possibility of purchasing the furniture currently in the room (bed, desk and wardrobe). **Who am I looking for?** Someone tidy, clean and considerate, who values a pleasant shared living environment and respects the common areas. Ideally, I would prefer a student from Ticino, but I'm happy to consider other applicants as well! Die Wohnung wird mit zwei weiteren Personen geteilt und befindet sich an einer gut angebundenen Lage, etwa **10 Minuten mit dem Tram vom Bahnhof Bern entfernt**. Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, die Möbel im Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank) zu übernehmen. **Wen suche ich?** Eine ordentliche, saubere und rücksichtsvolle Person, die Wert auf ein angenehmes Zusammenleben und einen respektvollen Umgang mit den Gemeinschaftsräumen legt.
