Ultra-modern, completely furnished 4 ½ room apartment 150m² (1’615 sq ft)

This ultra-modern, furnished 4 ½ room apartment with a living area of 150m² (1’615 sq ft) is in a very quiet and child-friendly location in Rapperswil-Jona. The property was built in December 2013. The apartment impresses with its generously designed living spaces and the large, northwest-facing, covered balcony. The modern kitchen with cooking island (oven and steamer) and the light-flooded living area invite you to linger. The entrance leads you past the guest bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin, as well as WM/TU) into the open dining area. The master bedroom is adjacent to the living area. It is spacious, has its own bathroom, and has the same flooring as the living room. Adjacent to it are two bedrooms. They are suitable as a children's room, guest room, fitness room and/or study. In summer you can enjoy the evening sun on the balcony. In the basement, in addition to the underground garage, there is a technical room, a shelter, as well as a bicycle & stroller storage room. Each apartment also has its own large basement section. Cars and motorcycles are led from the street in the southeast area of the property directly into the underground garage. Direct access leads to the staircase with elevator. In front of the front door you have two bus stops, from where you can take bus lines 885 and 994 to either the Rapperswil or Kempraten train station, with regular City railroad connections.
